Knitted Blanket-A-Long
Heather and Danielle of the Purly Shell Pirates asked me if BlackSheep would be interested in a Blanket-A-Long for 2022 and we said sure! True to BlackSheep fashion we are offering a knitted version. I'm knitting 1 blanket square per week with my average temperature starting Jan. 1 and each week's square will be a different pattern. I'll be updating my BlackSheep Blanket-A-Long pattern and adding more squares to make it even more fun.
Crochet Blanket-A-Long
My partner Tina is also offering a crochet version. You can find her crocheted Grandma's FLower Afghan on the Facebook group for free. You can use this pattern to crochet a row every day or a flower every week.
Tat Along
I love my tatting so I'm offering a very simple tatting motif that you can use to build a table runner or blanket too. You can find the pattern and information on the Facebook group or website. I'm using the large Olympus tatting thread (approx. a size 8), but you can use whatever thread you like!
Embroider Along
Well, we couldn't leave out the embroiderers. So yes! Tina will be making a monthly embroidered piece and stitching them together into a beautiful quilt/ blanket at the end of the year and you can join in on that too.
